SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped to you free of shipping charges and most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

On occasion, Serious Off Road Parts may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.

Serious off road Parts only sells and ships to the 48 contiguous United States of America.

Refused Shipments: Unless previously arranged, refused shipments may incur shipping / delivery charges and / or appropriate fees. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of a cancellation or change in your order. This will enable us to stop a shipment before unnecessary shipping charges are incurred.

Shortage Claims / Shipping Errors: Please inspect all shipments carefully upon receipt from the delivery provider (truck, UPS, FEDEX, ETC.). In order to provide the correct parts and or credit due, you must notify a Serious off road Parts representative within 2 working days. Any claims of shortage after 2 working days may not be honored.

Goods Damaged During Shipping: Truck freight shipments should always be inspected at the time of delivery with the driver present. Any obvious visible damage should be noted upon signing the bill of lading. After closer visual inspection when unpacking, any claim must be made by the customer to the freight company. UPS shipments; For any lost or damaged shipment, please contact a Serious Off Road Parts representative. We will process the claim on your behalf.

WARRANTY

Serious Off Road Parts guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Serious Off Road Parts gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.

Note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized. Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees plus our outbound shipping costs.

After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees plus our outbound shipping costs.

After 60 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 60 days.

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges.

All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition.

All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.

Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

For all returns, please e-mail us and provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.

We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

Return the package(s) freight prepaid to the address included with your RGA.
